Senior Product Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Personalization, Loyalty, and Apps strategy. In this role, you will be the technical owner of our personalization and CRM initiatives, driving topics that reward customer loyalty and deliver tailored experiences across all channels. Simultaneously, you will drive the product vision for our iOS and Android applications, ensuring our mobile users receive a best-in-class experience. You will work in a cross‑functional environment, focusing on the features that serve our internal CRM and Personalization teams, while leading the roadmap for our mobile applications. Your focus will be on innovation in loyalty, email automation, and mobile‑first features.

Responsibilities
  • Own and develop the product roadmap for Personalization, Loyalty initiatives, and Mobile Apps
  • Drive the technical owner perspective for the Personalization project and CRM tool, helping stakeholders launch and optimize high‑impact features
  • Serve internal teams by prioritizing their backend and frontend requirements to enable seamless personalization across the webshop
  • Define and execute loyalty strategies that increase customer lifetime value and retention
  • Carry out product discovery and app‑store optimizations to ensure our mobile and automated email channels perform at peak efficiency
  • Define, implement, and track KPIs specifically focused on app retention and personalization accuracy
  • Build cross‑functional relationships with CRM, Marketing, and Personalization stakeholders to align on business goals
  • Active management of the product backlog, prioritizing feature requests for Personalization, Emails, and App release cycles
Profile
  • You have a bachelor/master’s degree in business, engineering, or another quantitative field
  • You have a solid understanding of e-commerce and a proven track record of successful products and experience in working with mobile app development is a plus
  • You have at least 4 years of experience as a product manager, with substantial experience in personalization, loyalty programs and CRM
  • You are proficient in leveraging AI tools to optimize your daily workflow and have a strategic mindset for integrating AI/ML into product discovery and long‑term strategy (e.g., enhancing personalization engines or predictive loyalty models)
  • You have a technical mindset that allows you to manage complex personalization logic and mobile app architectures
  • You have experience working with engineering teams in an agile environment, handling MVPs, usability testing, and A/B testing
  • You solve problems with an analytical mindset, unfolding complex scenarios into small, manageable chunks
  • You facilitate frameworks such as design thinking, user story mapping, and impact mapping
  • You are data‑driven, able to translate qualitative goals (like customer loyalty) into measurable insights
  • You are a true team player, eager to build productive relationships with stakeholders while taking full ownership of your domains
  • You communicate fluently in English; German is a plus
