This is where you come in: As our Product Owner Customer Data, Audiencing & Activation (m/f/d), you’ll combine your analytical mindset, data stewardship passion, and product vision to own our 360-degree customer profile, build high-value audience segments, and bridge the gap between engineering and commercial teams. Your responsibilities

• Own the Unified Customer Profile: Act as the owner of our 360-degree customer view. Decide what data enters the platform and how it is modeled into a single, trusted source of truth.
• Manage Data Collection & Governance: Define tracking requirements (events and attributes) for the customer journey, while ensuring our data models respect user consent and GDPR guidelines.
• Champion Data Trust & Governance: Act as the functional Data Steward. Define schema designs, naming standards, and data dictionaries, ensuring our data practices respect user consent and GDPR guidelines.
• Bridge the Gap to Engineering: Translate complex use cases and business needs into structured technical requirements and user stories for our Data Engineering and Analytics teams.
• Architect Audiences & Predictive Layers: Define and manage global, reusable customer traits and advanced audience segments (e.g., RFM, propensity, and CLV) to ensure they are easily accessible across all channels.
• Drive Activation & Business Impact: Partner closely with Growth Marketing, CRM, Webshop, and Customer Service to run personalization experiments, activate segments, and directly measure data ROI.
• Guide Tooling Decisions: Evaluate and shape our data infrastructure for customer data.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed studies in data/analytics, computer science, business informatics, economics, or a comparable field.
• You bring at least 3 years of hands‑on experience managing data products, data infrastructure, or analytics platforms, ideally with exposure to consumer data in an E-commerce or digital product environment.
• You possess a strong understanding of customer data infrastructure, including event tracking, identity resolution, data modeling, and audience orchestration.
• You genuinely enjoy the "data stewardship" aspect of the role—building clean, intuitive schemas and data dictionaries that make customer data easily digestible and self‑serve for business users.
• You have strong SQL skills and are comfortable querying data warehouses, independently auditing data quality, and validating audience segment sizes without needing engineering help.
• You bring a product-oriented mindset and act as a natural "translator"; you easily gather unstructured business needs, break down complex data constraints for commercial teams, and ruthlessly prioritize an engineering backlog based on ROI.
• You are proficient in English; additional knowledge of German is considered a plus.
