Who Are We Looking For
We are seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented PPC Specialist to join our in-house marketing team. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon's pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to drive visibility, traffic, and conversions across our product listings. A successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising and be comfortable managing high-volume ad campaigns using performance-based strategies.
The ideal candidate will also support general PPC functions across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Bing when needed. Experience with tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and keyword research platforms is a major plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Amazon PPC Management:
    • Launch, manage, and continuously optimize Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display campaigns on Amazon.
  • Strategy and Execution:
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify high-value keyword opportunities.
    • Use data to inform keyword targeting, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.
    • Collaborate with the Product Lister and SEO Copywriter to ensure product listings are optimized for conversion.
    • Work with graphic designers and marketing team to coordinate creative assets and landing pages for campaigns.
  • Cross-Platform Support (as needed):
    • Support Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including setup, targeting, and performance reporting.
    • Use tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Looker Studio to track multi-channel performance and discover growth opportunities.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Create performance dashboards and reports for weekly/monthly review.
    • Present insights and recommendations to the Marketing Manager and executive leadership team.
    • Stay up to date with Amazon's ever-changing advertising policies, features, and best practices.
    • Monitor ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and other KPIs to ensure healthy ad performance and profitability.
    • Perform daily bid management, keyword refinement, and campaign structuring to improve efficiency.

  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and FBA environments.

  • Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
