Job Description We are a rapidly growing company who is looking for individuals that can handle high production volume, are you very computer savvy and can meet and exceed a daily quota of scanning items to our program. Work independently, self-motivated, work on your with little direction helping with one component of all the working parts of on-line sales. Preferred experience working with all aspects of selling online: listing, updating & maintaining product listings as well as servicing customers Must be able to meet high quality and production output demands while working relatively unsupervised Must be very detailed oriented and able to do daily repetitive tasks Must have strong and accurate data entry skills Must have good grammar and spelling Must have strong communication skills and be able to answer phone calls to support customers Strong Computer Skills Research items to ascertain sale value, model number and any other relevant information Must have proficient using computers and more specifically the internet Previous online marketplace experience is preferred Use listing software to maintain expected production levels and profitability Must have a good grasp on the English language to create professional Marketplace Listings Must be able to describe a item(s) condition both cosmetically and functionally Able to pay close attention to detail and be organized Help control inventory flow by being organized and accurate in all tasks Answer customer emails/questions in a professional, courteous and respectful timely manner Communicate effectively with team members/supervisors to accomplish assigned tasks Shipping software experience preferred HS Diploma, GED or equivalent required Some College preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
