Product Liability Attorneys often encounter challenges such as coordinating with technical experts to understand product design and failure, managing large volumes of evidence, and navigating the complexities of multi-jurisdictional litigation. Building a compelling case usually requires thorough investigation, collaboration with engineers or scientists, and clear communication with clients and co-counsel. Additionally, attorneys must stay current on evolving regulations and case law, which can directly impact litigation strategy and outcomes.
