Our client, a leading international AmLaw 25 law firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their Crypto Team, focusing on crypto law. This is a unique opportunity to work with crypto and blockchain clients.

Candidate Profile
  • JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
  • Active Bar Admission in New York, in good standing.
  • 2–6 years of substantive crypto law experience at a law firm.
  • A strong background with prior relevant experience or a clear demonstrated interest in crypto law.
  • Experience in cryptocurrency-related litigation, products, regulatory advice, or government investigations is preferred.
  • Excellent legal writing, verbal communication, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated professionalism with the ability to engage directly with high-profile clients and investors.
  • Highly organized, with proven ability to balance multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player who also thrives working independently.
Key Responsibilities
  • Advise crypto and blockchain clients.
  • Counsel clients on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters impacting crypto and blockchain matters.
  • Provide clients with guidance across a variety of practice areas, including crypto litigation, crypto bankruptcy cases, product matters, regulatory advice, state licensing and trust charters, as well as enforcement defense.
  • Manage complex transactions, balancing multiple priorities with precision and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver integrated client service.
  • Engage with partners and clients from the outset, offering strategic guidance and practical solutions.

Competitive Salary

$235,000 – $435,000, commensurate with class year and experience.
