Help clients navigate fast-moving digital asset markets with sharp, data-driven views that challenge consensus.
Job summary:
Our FX strategy team delivers actionable insights to guide clients through rapidly evolving currency markets. We are seeking a highly analytical Crypto Analyst (4-7 years' experience) with deep knowledge of digital assets and market structure, strong writing skills, and the ability to pressure-test prevailing narratives. Knowledge of derivatives markets is a significant plus.
Job responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of cryptocurrency markets, including spot and derivatives products
  • Write high-quality research publications and notes for internal and external audiences, clearly articulating key themes, drivers, and risks
  • Partner with the global FX strategy team to integrate digital asset insights into broader currency views and cross-asset strategy
  • Evaluate and challenge internal and external research, identifying gaps, weaknesses, and alternative scenarios
  • Synthesize diverse inputs to develop robust, forward-looking views on crypto market dynamics
  • Communicate findings clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders and clients
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • 4-7 years of experience in crypto markets, digital assets research, or related fields
  • Demonstrated ability to critically assess research, identify blind spots, and construct counterarguments
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills, with a proven track record of writing research publications
  • Strong understanding of digital asset market structure and key participants across spot markets
