Job Description

As our Sr. International Product Integrity Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet legal requirements to be sold in multiple international markets. You will be responsible for setting up programs to gather and validate internal Vuori data for external reporting. This position requires a deep knowledge of data structures, record keeping, documentation and reporting. We are particularly interested in someone who is ready to learn new skills and is keen to make improvements both in their professional growth and also in our energetic and ambitious team. In addition, the successful candidate will have a willingness to learn about global product compliance regulations (particularly in Europe), an entrepreneurial attitude and excellent communication skills. A curiosity about global product safety regulations will also be highly valued. 

This role will report to our Director of Global Product Compliance based in California, USA. 

What you'll get to do:

  • Serve as our subject matter expert on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) reporting 
  • Develop strategic approaches to address new and emerging EPR requirements and close gaps in existing programs 
  • Stay up to date with relevant international regulations and industry best practices. This is particularly relevant for our business in Europe and Canada 
  • Establish great working relationships with Planning, Merchandising, Sourcing, Finance and Legal teams to ensure a high level of confidence in the programs in your portfolio 
  • Be ready to learn new skills as the regulatory landscape changes. This includes, but is not limited to EPR schemes in the US, Europe and Canada, General Product Safety Regulation and PPWR in the EU & CPSC e-Filing in the US 
  • Be a trusted point of contact for our suppliers and partners to reach out to when it comes to questions about product volumes, packaging volumes, testing requirements, compliance programs and sustainability initiatives 
  • Maintain internal compliance documentation and support fee payments through coordination with Finance teams 
  • International and Domestic travel as needed up to 5% of the year  
  • Be a great team player - you are going to work with talented individuals, so we value collaboration and integrity 
Qualifications

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Computer Science or equivalent years of experience preferred 
  • 3+ years of product compliance, sustainability, report management, database management, or accounting  
  • Strong knowledge Excel and a willingness to lean into AI workflows (MS Copilot) 
  • Experience with PLM and ERP systems 
  • Proven track record of managing compliance or reporting programs in complex supply chains 
  • Excellent understanding of supply chain processes and the ability to work collaboratively with international teams 
  • Excellent data analytical and communication skills  
  • Detail oriented, analytical and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment 
  • A self-starter who is always ready to suggest a more effective strategy for achieving business results

The salary range for this role is $86,400 - $111,195 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
