Job description

The R&D Product Data Coordinator works closely with Product Engineers and Product Managers to create and maintain data in the newly established Global Product Information Management (PIM) System. PIM is a specialized data management software that helps businesses manage and distribute product information. PIM centralizes all product data, making it easier to update and maintain accurate information across multiple input and output channels. The Product Data Coordinator also participates in the ongoing implementation and improvement of the Global Product Information Management System.
โ€ข Product data creation within the PIM system: Creating product information, product hierarchy structures and links, and product relationships
โ€ข Product data maintenance and quality assurance within the PIM system: Regularly updating products, correcting errors, and ensuring data quality to maximize accuracy
โ€ข Continuous collaboration with Product Data Coordinators in other departments and locations
โ€ข Participation in Corporate Development projects to maintain and enhance the PIM system
โ€ข Cross-departmental collaboration with Purchasing, Product Management, Manufacturing and Packaging Engineering, E-Commerce, Sales and Marketing teams
โ€ข Represent Schluter Systems in a positive, professional and enthusiastic manner in all matters
โ€ข Travel as required
Requirements
โ€ข High School Diploma or equivalent
โ€ข 2+ years of experience with data entry
โ€ข Experience with Product Information Management System data entry is preferred
โ€ข Experience with Enterprise Requirement Planning (ERP), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Digital Asset Management (DAM), or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is helpful
โ€ข Ability to work independently and within a team environment
โ€ข Strong communication skills
โ€ข Strong computer skills
