About The Role:
This is a senior executive leadership role responsible for defining product vision, owning product strategy, and leading all product teams across Product Management, Product Design, Product Operations, and Data. You will shape the future of FieldPulse driving innovation in core workflows while embedding agentic AI capabilities that proactively automate, recommend, and orchestrate work for our customers.
What You'll Do:
  • Strategic Leadership & Vision: Own and evolve FieldPulse's long-term product strategy and roadmap, grounded in company goals, market trends, and customer insights.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management organization.
    Develop clear career paths, coaching frameworks, and a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align product priorities with business needs.Influence executives and stakeholders with data-driven insights and compelling product narratives.
  • Customer & Market Focus: Translate customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and usage analytics into actionable product decisions. Serve as a thought leader and product evangelist inside and outside the company.
  • Delivery & Execution: Oversee disciplined product development processes from discovery and MVP definition through launch, measurement, and iteration. Drive outcomes that balance innovation, speed, quality, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For:
  • 10+ years in product management with 5+ years leading and scaling product teams.
  • Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary product organizations.
  • Strong track record of defining and executing SaaS product strategy.
  • Direct experience building or integrating agentic AI, AI copilots, workflow automation, or intelligent orchestration systems into a live product.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence at board and C-level.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in field service management, vertical SaaS, CRM, or operations software.
  • Experience scaling product organizations in high-growth environments.
  • Strong technical fluency with AI systems, LLM applications, and data platforms.
