The Team You’ll Join  

On the Tamarac Product Solutions Engineering team, we consult directly with key clients to optimize their usage of one of the industry’s most advanced portfolio management and trading platforms for RIAs. We solve complex problems for clients every day and use our direct experience to help shape the future product roadmap.
 
As our platform continues to evolve, this team plays a critical role in translating product capabilities into clear, client-focused solutions that help advisory firms succeed.

How You’ll Contribute   

Serves as a primary point of contact for asset managers or clients, ensuring timely, accurate and professional answers and resolution of technical questions related to the company’s technology platforms and investment solutions. Responds to clients, diagnosing and troubleshooting application data and integration problems. Works with a variety of other departments such as product, engineering and operations to tackle defects, escalate complex issues, track resolutions and develop long-term fixes. Help with onboarding new asset managers or clients, implementing system upgrades and educating users on best practices to optimize platform value.

• Provides technical support and training for larger and diverse customer groups or sets of products/services. 
• Leads advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis, including cross-system and data-driven investigations. 
• Troubleshoots disruptive problems with customer configuration, company platforms or integration points. 
• Identifies bugs or improvements within company platforms/ applications and communicates them in an organized, detailed and effective manner. 
• Coordinates with Envestnet product and technical colleagues to ensure an aligned and integrated approach to problem resolution. 
• Proactively identifies systemic issues and recommends long-term fixes. 
• Contributes to problem management, post-incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Partners with internal teams to support successful delivery of focused Tamarac initiatives, best-practice consulting for existing clients, and merger/acquisition-related transition work. 
• Maintains deep product knowledge in an assigned Tamarac product area and uses that expertise to guide client recommendations, internal collaboration and product discussions. 
• Contributes client and internal feedback to product roadmap prioritization and helps communicate release impacts to clients and internal stakeholders. 
• Supports Sales during pre-sale discovery by helping qualify prospects and providing accurate onboarding scope input. 
• Serves as an escalation resource for Service on advanced client inquiries and product-specific guidance. 
• Educates clients on assigned Tamarac product capabilities through materials and presentations, including Tamarac University. 

What You’ll Need to Bring  

•    Candidates should demonstrate the relevant experience, skills, and capabilities needed to successfully perform in the role. Relevant experience may be gained through current responsibilities, prior roles, project work, leadership opportunities, or other comparable experiences.
•    Experience in financial services atmosphere, preferably in the registered investment advisory space.
•    Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Information Systems, or closely related field. 

Nice-to-Haves  

  • Proficiency in Tamarac Reporting or Trading.

Our Investment in You 

This role offers a base salary range of $71,200 to $88,800. The range listed represents a good-faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.  This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.
