What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
  • Perform general engineering tasks and functions within a certain engineering area: Manufacturing Quality, Chemical, or Product.
  • Ensure that all work performed meets or exceeds the highest professional and company standards.
  • Provide feedback to other engineering teams and management about how to continuously improve company best practices.
  • Monitor equipment under your supervision to ensure it functions properly and most efficiently.
  • Perform regular production process audits to look for production and cost inefficiencies.
  • Report production process inefficiencies to management and provide potential solutions.
  • Perform regular safety audits to ensure the highest levels of safety are being met in the production process. Provide feedback to the appropriate personnel and assist in solution implementation.
  • Assist management in solving other problems identified in company products or production processes.
  • Assist cross-functional teams with the engineering aspects of new product development.
  • Facilitate the introduction and implementation of new engineering-related procedures and products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $62,000-$88,000
What You'll Need (Qualifications):
  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required.
  • 2 years of related experience or training.
  • Certification or specialized training in a related engineering area is desirable (Manufacturing, Chemical, Quality, or Product).
