Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST

Overtime: Occasional

Pay Rate: $23.00+ per hour depending on experience level

Keywords Studios is currently seeking an enthusiastic Distribution Support Associate to join our Product Research and Development team. This exciting opportunity involves collaborating with our esteemed pharmaceutical client in the vibrant city of Indianapolis, IN.

This team is responsible for providing documentation for clinical trial and compassionate care drugs shipped around the world. They are responsible for ensuring the documentation meets the requirements of the specific country.

Responsibilities:

- Daily Transactional Support

- Create receipt and shipping files, and manage transfer of documentation to warehouse personnel

- Obtain required documentation from multiple sources coming from the following

  • US and OUS Packager Hub/Depot
  • Shipment of Finished Good Materials (Domestic and International)

- Communicate with carriers and hubs/depots to facilitate shipment activities

- Order management

- Confirm shipments in CTWIN warehouse management and distribution system

- Track/confirm/receive Proof of Delivery and Acknowledgement of Receipt

- Manage group email boxes and process data and requests

- Reporting

  • Daily Pending Shipments Report
  • Daily Confirmed Shipments Report
  • Daily Outstanding Proof of Delivery Report
  • Oversight Reports - ran as requested by management
  • Reports must be uploaded into collaboration site daily

- Investigator Initiated Trial Reorder Process

- Supply planning transfers/Daily transactional support

- Discuss impact to supplies as needed, based on material usage, temperature excursions, and other instances to make adjustments as directed by the Clinical Trial Supply Planning Organization

- Data entry into distribution business tools (Planning Receipt, Chrono and Planning Stickering)
