Job Description We are seeking a Program Management - Program Manager II to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail operations, vendor or 3PL management, repair and maintenance, warehouse execution, and continuous improvement and a proven ability to manage day-to-day execution, improve processes, and ensure compliant, on-time service and materials fulfillment across North America. Responsibilities: Oversee daily execution with warehouse agencies and service partners across North America, ensuring quality, timeliness, compliance, and service performance. Track corrective and preventive actions, non-compliance trends, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness. Convert improvement findings into SOPs, training materials, and repeatable workflows. Drive repair, maintenance, and warehouse improvements that increase efficiency, space utilization, cost effectiveness, and operational consistency. Partner with suppliers, carriers, and 3PL providers to resolve material, shipping, and service escalations. Collaborate with Physical Merchandising, Field Merchandising, Demo Tech, Retail Sales, Finance, Procurement, external agencies, and retail partners. Support new product introduction, retail refresh activities, OPEX planning, operational scaling, special projects, and occasional extended operational hours. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of project or program management experience in retail operations, supply chain, logistics, or a related field. 3+ years in repair and maintenance, supply fulfillment, warehouse operations, vendor management, or 3PL management. Experience supporting big-box retail, retail field operations, or multi-site retail execution. Strong vendor management skills, including RFPs, SLAs, contracts, scorecards, escalations, and service reviews. Strong organization, written and verbal communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite; ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, external agencies, and retail partners. Ability to travel within the U.S. and Canada as business needs require. Working hours: 8am-5pm PST or 9am-6pm CST.
