As our Product Manager, Health & Wellness, you'll own a high-impact category inside one of the fastest-growing areas of the business. You'll define product strategies, lead cross-functional teams, work closely with global factory partners, and deliver products that stand out in a crowded marketplace.

What You'll Do
Own the Product Lifecycle
  • Lead products from idea to prototype to launch, partnering with design, engineering, operations, sales, and global manufacturing.
  • Define strategy, feature sets, and roadmaps with the Category Director.
  • Create data-backed product plans using POS data, trend reports, and competitive insights.

Deliver Market-Winning Products
  • Identify whitespace, track category trends, and analyze competitive moves.
  • Shape product design, packaging, merchandising, and consumer experience.
  • Serve as the product expert with Sales for retailer presentations.

Lead Execution Across Teams
  • Collaborate daily with overseas factories to manage development, costing, and timelines.
  • Guide connected/IoT product development with Engineering and external partners.
  • Build content strategies where digital experiences add consumer value.

Drive Performance
  • Monitor category results, margins, and consumer feedback to ensure products hit goals.
  • Make fast, informed decisions that balance feasibility, insight, and business needs.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
