Job description

Location:  Farmington Hills, MI or Olive Branch, MS

Your Contribution

Develop and maintain a product line, maintain publication data and support creation of technical literature. Understanding of the automotive aftermarket, professional knowledge in Mechatronics segment.

Your Experience & Contributions 

  • Perform research of the OE and aftermarket competitors' catalogs and components for information regarding new parts additions, and upgrades of existing parts.
  • Responsible for all facets of the product life cycle, to include; Outlining product detail, sourcing, new product introductions, supersessions, consolidations, re-labels and recalls; analyze new products and make recommendations.
  • Responsible for accuracy and completeness of application and product data in all publications.
  • Responsible for competitor analysis, maintaining competitor interchange data, and competitor market price analysis.
  • Coordinate the development of all new product programs.
  • Establish product and material specifications.
  • Responsible for the quality of products and content of sets.
  • Maintain close liaison with MAHLE Aftermarket Service Engineering, MAHLE Aftermarket Product Management - Germany, MAHLE OE engineering at international manufacturing locations and the engineering departments of vendors.
