This is a high-impact leadership position where you’ll drive global sourcing strategy, own product costing excellence, and help shape the financial future of a major player in the consumer packaged goods world.


Responsibilities:

  • Saving money without sacrificing quality
  • Managing worldwide supplier relationships
  • Building “should-cost” models
  • Turning market chaos into strategy
  • Partnering with operations teams
  • Leading and developing a team
  • Traveling globally - About 20%+ international travel.


Requirements:

  • 10+ years in global sourcing, procurement, or product costing within CPG or consumer goods
  • Deep experience managing complex costing structures and supplier ecosystems
  • Strong leadership chops with 5+ years managing teams
  • The ability to balance strategy with execution
  • Excellent project management skills
  • A reputation for solving impossible problems without creating new ones
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced environments where priorities shift faster than commodity pricing
  • Can explain cost variances without inducing naps
  • Know how to survive both factory walkthroughs and executive presentations in the same day
