Job description

We are seeking a talented, creative, and hands-on Content Manager to join our marketing team in Utah. This is an exciting, early-career opportunity for a versatile creator who wants to be at the absolute forefront of the AI revolution in the dealership space (automotive, RV, powersports, marine, equipment).

Instead of just running traditional marketing playbooks, you will help us tell the compelling story of how modern dealers are implementing AI to transform their businesses. You will act as a key storyteller and a high-velocity content engine-scripting, filming, writing, and designing, while actively leveraging generative AI tools to scale your output. You'll also coordinate with our close-knit marketing team and manage a roster of premier freelance creative partners to scale our production.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Hands-on Content Execution: Produce high-quality content across multiple formats (video, written blogs, one-pagers, case studies) that speaks directly to the needs, pain points, and interests of dealership owners adopting new technologies.
  • AI Workflow Integration: Proactively use AI writing, design, and research tools to brainstorm concepts, draft copy, edit visual assets, and accelerate the overall content creation lifecycle without losing Kenect's unique brand voice.
  • Dealer Storytelling: Interview progressive dealers who are implementing AI, extracting the human-interest and business-impact angles to create highly engaging customer-advocacy content.
  • Contractor & Agency Management: Act as the primary point of contact for our network of freelance creative partners, managing their briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Demand Generation, Product, and Sales to identify content gaps and deliver assets that drive brand engagement and conversion.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Portfolio of Work: A diverse portfolio demonstrating proficiency across multiple content mediums (must include samples of written work like blogs or scripts, and visual work like short-form video production or graphic layouts).
  • AI Content Proficiency: Hands-on experience and comfort using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI, or AI video/audio editing tools) as a day-to-day force multiplier for content production.
  • Experience: Early-career (minimal formal professional experience is okay!), but you must demonstrate a high degree of creative capability, resourcefulness, and a drive to learn.
  • Technical Aptitude: Experience with video editing software, design tools, and basic CMS/blogging platforms.
  • Industry Context: Experience with or a strong interest in B2B SaaS, AI technologies, or the dealership space (automotive, RV, powersports, marine) is a major plus.
  • Work Style: A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude. You must be comfortable working in a hybrid/in-office structure based in Utah

Company Values

  • Unwavering Customer Obsession
  • See it, Solve it, Get it Done
  • Build, Adapt, Win

Kenect Offers

  • Health, dental, vision, life & disability insurance
  • Paid day off on your birthday
  • Onsite gym
  • Breakroom full of snacks and drinks
  • Convenient location next to freeway entrance/exit

Kenect is an equal opportunity employer. We are an organization comprised of people of all kinds of backgrounds, and believe this mix is precisely what makes us strong. All employment decisions at Kenect are based on business needs, job requirements, and individual qualifications without regard to race, color, religion or belief, family or parental status, or any other status protected under federal, state, or local law.
