Job description

We are currently seeking a Product Application Engineer to join our team in Waller, TX.

Position Overview

The Product Application Engineer is responsible for leading and executing engineering services within an assigned region or customer base. This role partners closely with customers and internal teams to drive cost savings, introduce new products and processes, and deliver exceptional technical support. 100% On-site

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage engineering-related cost savings initiatives in alignment with customer agreements

  • Support revenue growth through new product and process introductions that meet corporate goals for inventory turns and operating income

  • Provide technical support to internal teams and external customers

  • Train internal stakeholders on new products and processes

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (3.0 or higher on annual customer surveys)

  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations while upholding Endries International’s ethical standards

  • Stay current on industry trends and technical knowledge through ongoing professional development

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent experience

Experience & Skills:

  • Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
