In this role, you will support organizations in driving efficiency, enabling digital transformation, and improving operating models across strategic sourcing and procurement. The ideal candidate brings experience delivering procurement transformation, category strategy, cost reduction, and technology-enabled solutions in complex business environments.

Work you'll do

As a Manager wihtin the Sourcing and Procurement team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading workstreams that support sourcing and procurement transformation initiatives for client organizations
  • Developing and executing strategic sourcing, category management, and procurement operating model solutions
  • Assessing current-state processes and identifying opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency gains, and value creation
  • Supporting selection, implementation, and optimization of procurement technologies such as Coupa, Ariba, and similar platforms
  • Managing client relationships, project teams, and deliverables across multiple phases of advisory and implementation work

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or operating model transformation
  • 4+ years of experience leading project workstreams or client-facing engagements
  • Experience with strategic sourcing, category management, procurement operating models, or cost reduction programs
  • 4+ years of Ivalua experience
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Master of Business Administration
  • Experience in procurement based technologies such as Coupa or Ariba
  • Experience in consulting
  • Experience supporting indirect spend, direct spend, or cost of goods sold (COGS) initiatives
  • Experience with procurement transformation assessments, technology selection, or implementation programs
  • Experience managing teams and coaching junior practitioners
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations and client deliverables

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $141,200 to $278,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
