Summary
The Director, Procurement Operations is responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies, policies, and best practice across all procurement categories. The role is also responsible for the development of training program driving stakeholder adoption, in addition to process redesign and simplification, automation and system implementation. This role will lead procurement governance, systems, and operational excellence initiatives to deliver measurable value to the procurement organization and business stakeholders.
This hybrid position can be based in our Jacksonville, FL or London, UK office and requires three days per week on-site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement operations strategies to optimize processes and ensure compliance.
  • Lead governance frameworks and procurement policy development and adherence across Paysafe.
  • Implement and Manage procurement systems and tools, driving automation and efficiency.
  • Ensure tools cover the entire Procurement ecosystem; strategic sourcing, supply risk and vendor onboarding, contract management, spend analytics and dashboards, PO processing
  • Implement streamlined workflows across the entire Procurement ecosystem that aligned to business adoption of Procurement best practices
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with business stakeholders, procurement counterparts, finance, and across-departmental organizations.
  • Develop and maintain a single source of supplier reporting truth; spend analytics, dashboard, leadership reporting, renewal calendars and early alerts
  • Establish training across the Procurement organization and training curriculum for business partners ensuring procurement
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support governance frameworks.

Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in procurement operations with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Preferred: Master's degree (MBA or equivalent).
  • Professional certifications: CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of AI and automation tools.
