Job description

A global EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) provider, is seeking a Sales and Logistic Coordinator to support order management, procurement, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across sales, logistics, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and purchase orders
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments
  • Manage inventory and track order status
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and freight forwarders
  • Prepare shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)
  • Support the sales team and maintain CRM data
Qualifications
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of international shipping and logistics
