Job description

The Division of Administration provides overall leadership and administrative support for all Divisions. The Division includes the Office of Director, Communications, Fiscal, Human Resources, IT, Legal and Legislative Affairs.
The Division of Administration, Fiscal section is seeking candidates to fill a Sourcing Associate role. The Sourcing Associate will perform the following duties which include, but are not limited to:
  • Creates & posts quick quote solicitations
  • Processes PCard requisitions, makes PCard purchases & submits required documentation to PCard reconciliation portal
  • Shops and does research in OhioBuys catalog, requisite program punch-outs and on the internet
  • Acts as a resource to Sourcing Analysts, providing assistance with: market research, vendor communication, documentation gathering, historical records/data gathering & analysis

Qualifications
12 mos. exp. or 12 mos. trg. in purchasing/procurement/sourcing.
-Or completion of 1 yr. technical certificate in logistics, supply chain management, strategic procurement or other sourcing related subject.
-Or completion of short term certificate in logistics, supply chain management, strategic procurement or other sourcing related subject; 6 mos. exp. or 6 mos. trg. in purchasing/procurement/sourcing.
-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
