Job description

You will serve as a Supervisory Procurement Analyst in the Resources Management/Comptroller Dept (N8) of NETPDC.Qualifications:In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conduct acquisition planning and contract pre-award and post-award functions to determine method of procurement and contract type, documenting acquisition strategy, and obtaining appropriate approvals; 2) Providing guidance and leadership to maintain an effective and productive work force and ensures a continuous flow and exchange of information among contract specialists; 3) Administer contracts to include contract scope determinations, contract modifications, supplemental agreements, justifications, approval reviews/fair opportunity evaluations and claims disputes, and contract terminations; and 4) Interpret and apply relevant laws, regulations, policies, standards, or procedures to specific contracting issues.
