  • 10 15+ years' experience in MM, EWM, Logistics, Inventory Management, S/4 & Ariba sourcing & contracts, Ariba SLP, Ariba Contracts.
  • Preferred handling as a Solution Architect; expert in end-to-end Procurement business operations.
  • Knowledge in SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM required.

Source to Pay Architect Procurement Solution Architect

Purpose: Lead & design sourcing, procurement, invoice & payment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Procurement and Source-to-Pay transformation strategy across sourcing, purchasing, supplier collaboration, inventory replenishment, and procurement operations.
  • Own end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solution architecture.
  • Design and govern core procurement processes: requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, scheduling agreements, service procurement, subcontracting, consignment, indirect purchasing.
  • Establish standardized procurement policies and global template development.
  • Define supplier management and strategic sourcing capabilities.
  • Lead inventory replenishment and procurement integration architecture.
  • Design financial and compliance integration with AP, Cost Management, Asset Accounting, Tax, Approval Workflows, Internal Controls, Audit.
  • Establish procurement analytics, reporting, and KPI frameworks.

Required Skills:

  • S/4 certification preferred.
