Bridge Specialty Groupis seeking aProcessing Assistantto join our growing team inSt. Petersburg, FL.

The Technical Service Assistant will support the clerical and administrative process of the Broker's book of business for both renewals and new business.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Develop a full working knowledge of Commercial Lines procedures.

  • Handle client request for information, endorsements cancellations, and other services as required.

  • Assist in analyzing insurance exposures and account summaries.

  • Review policies, endorsements, audits, dividends, and quotations prepared by our carriers for accuracy and completeness.

  • Preparation of binders, certificates, automobile identification cards, invoices, and similar items.

  • Assist in resolving unbilled items, account differences and commission differences when necessary.

  • Keep Commercial Lines Service Manager informed of any serviced problems.

  • Utilize agency automation with a high level of knowledge and proficiency. Follow procedures as established in the Commercial Lines Procedure Manual.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • One (1) or more years of successful insurance experience. (Preferred)

  • An active state insurance license. (Preferred)

Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
