Role Responsibilities
  • Manage the oversight processes and manufacturing of all products needed by the Bottling Department while maintaining Corporate and Quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with formulas and product compliance with TTB regulations
  • Manage the government records for the Processing Department and the Extract Division
  • Perform experimental tests for new products and create formula and batching records for approved new products
  • Develop strategic plans to improve production methods and equipment that increase capacity and processing capabilities
  • Manage capital project designs, implementation and oversight of equipment maintenance and upgrades
  • Plan and manage annual operating and capital project budgets
  • Manage the inventory of all items necessary for cordial and spirit productions
  • Fill-in/back-up for the one up Manager  
  • Identify and implement any cost reduction measures specific to your area
Additional Role Responsibilities
  • Leader in creating an inclusive culture to support our Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
  • Support and be an advocate of continuous improvement initiatives that improve the safety, quality and efficiency of our operations
  • Support and implement all Company Policies and adherence to the Collective Bargaining Agreement
  • Safety is everyone’s responsibility; identify risks and report violations, near misses, or injuries immediately
  • Knowledge of GMP’s, Kosher and ISO guidelines, safety standards, quality standards, and demonstrated ability to react and communicate effectively to address issues
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Oversees that the labor plan matches production requirements
Requirements for Consideration
  • Bachelor degree in Science or related field preferred
  • Minimum of five to seven years management experience
  • Minimum of five years supervisory experience
  • Strong Technical Acumen
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing experience and working in a unionized environment
  • TRACC (Continuous Improvement) experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively and develop rapport with internal and external stakeholder
  • Identify and resolve operational issues through formal problem solving 
  • Team work mindset
  • Math skills to accurately assess ROI of projects and cost savings opportunities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications and SAP

Physical Requirements
