Job description

We are seeking an Assistant Loan Processing Manager to support our loan processing team in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of auto loan, credit card, personal loans and home equity loan applications. The Assistant Loan Processing Manager will assist in coordinating and managing the loan processing workflow, pipeline management, verifying application information, and communicating with clients and third-party vendors. Work with application administrators to ensure processing software is optimized and integrations and upgrades are properly tested.

Qualifications:
- 3 years prior experience in loan processing or consumer lending.
- Prior leadership is desired.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in loan processing software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing the loan processing team and ensuring compliance with all loan regulations and policies.
- Review loan applications, loan documents and fees for completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate with internal members to obtain necessary documentation and information.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely and accurate processing of loans to meet Loan Policy and Ability to Repay.
- Provide support in resolving any loan application issues or discrepancies.
- Help maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the loan processing cycle.
