We seek Christ-centered professionals who want to join a team of disciplined and talented superstars, committed to working together to accomplish our mission. The PTV Direct Response Coordinator will work with the Manager to handle the immediate response from a direct marketing campaign.It involves tracking, managing, and fulfilling customer actions, such as purchases, sign-ups, and website visits, in real time.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Assist with sorting and counting incoming mail in preparation for shipment to the caging facility.
  • Prepare and distribute the Daily PTV Mail Statistics Report, including donor-advised fund (DAF), IRA, high-dollar donations, and Moore batch totals.
  • Process and mail monthly IRA and non-IRA donor acknowledgment letters.
  • Process credit donations received through CRM (Aegis) and enter transactions into the CRM database.
  • Perform quality control review of daily web donation and mailed-in check batches that are imported into Rapid Entry, including:
    • Establishing new donor partner records.
    • Reviewing and validating donor resources, contact information, and mailing addresses.
    • Verifying caging facility's batch information for accuracy.
    • Entering and validating DAF and IRA soft credits in Rapid Entry.
    • Reviewing imported donation data to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate donor records and ensuring the integrity of donation processing and acknowledgment procedures.
  • Maintain an interactive and cross-functional working relationship with the PTV Manager of Direct Response Processing, PTV Customer Service, and Finance & Accounting.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Professional & Education (Certifications or Licenses)
