Now Hiring:

Returns Processing Associate

Responsibilities:

The Returns processing associate will manage and process customer returns from the online operation.

Task:

  • Unload pallets and unpack product returns
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming product returns from customers to determine the condition and notate any damaged or missing parts
  • Verify that the returned merchandise matches the quantity and the product shipped (model and serial)
  • Photograph evidence of faulty returns according to claim requirements
  • Returns products on racks, shelves, or in designated areas by product category
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in ecommerce returns processing or a similar role is preferred.
  • Keen attention to detail with an ability to distinguish between minor variations in colors, styles, and product codes etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and ecommerce platforms is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with a customer-focused approach.
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be willing to operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and ability to lift and move boxes up to 70 lbs.
  • Extended periods of standing and walking may be required.
  • Able to perform physical tasks that include standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending and kneeling.
