Jubilee Ministries is a privately funded 501(c)3 non-profit Christian ministry. We consider every position to be essential in the fulfillment of our Mission Statement. As such, each employee must have a relationship with Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord.

What You'll Do 

  • Separate salable items from non-salable items according to specific department policy and procedure.
  • Process salable items and prepare them for shipment to stores in accordance with specific department policy and procedures.
  • Supervise the donation sorters in the assigned area.
  • Be sure that productivity standards are being adhered to.
  • Assist with the training and instruction of new and existing donation processors.
  • Maintain communication with the Processing Manager about processing problems, Jubilee policies, and events. 
  • Report unsatisfactory workers and relationship issues to the Processing Manager. If the Processing Manager is not on duty and immediate attention is required, report to the Processing Director.
  • Be part of staff meetings and team building.

The Details 


Schedule: Monday- Friday

Hours: 7:00 am - 8:00 pm, Part-Time or Full-Time

Compensation: $17.00/hour

Monthly Bonus Eligibility based on Production and Sales
