Job Description

Title:- Business Analyst

Location:- Metro Detroit, MI

Duration:- 7 months

The documentation and process specialist will be a part of the RMRA (Risk Adjustment Revenue Management) team responsible for the creation of processes and desk level procedures to support the business.  The resource will work closely with department teams to capture step by step processes needed to perform and execute on each identified capability.  The resource will be required to conduct self-auditing checks to ensure each process documented entails the amount of detail required to follow an end to end process and drive approval process to finalize desk level procedures with appropriate departments.

The documentation specialist role requires the following skills:

             Strong computer expertise with MS Office; Excel; Word; Project; PowerPoint; Visio and SharePoint

             Must demonstrate a self-starting mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while concurrently flourishing in a team-oriented environment

             Must demonstrate stewardship, relationship building, and excellent interpersonal skills including a professional and diplomatic demeanor

             Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with can-do attitude and self-initiative

             Competently prioritizes and is flexible working with changing expectations

             Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, listening, and presentation

             Excellent attention to detail

             Very high level of organizational, time management, and business skills

             Experience multi-tasking and prioritizing work to meet multiple deadlines

             Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders on single project

             Ability to recommend appropriate solutions that enhance communications
