Job description

Every customer is unique and so are their water needs. We have served the high purity water market for over 25 years, providing equipment and services in Ohio and surrounding states. We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join a rapidly growing service department to provide onsite services such as startups, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance for water treatment systems at industrial and municipal sites. The position will report directly to our Field Service Manager.

This is a unique and rewarding position with a small but innovative growing water treatment company. We are seeking customer focused professionals with a positive attitude and great customer skills.

Qualified candidates should have a professional image, be a team player with a strong work ethic, and have:

*Strong mechanical and plumbing skills

*Strong communication and customer service skills

*Rational decision making and problem solving ability

*Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy

*Ability to work independently

*Willingness to travel 50% of the time

*Valid driver's license with good driving record

*Water treatment and/or PLC experience a plus

*Degree in a technical field a plus
