Server

We are seeking friendly and professional Servers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a warm and friendly manner

Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items and specials

Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests

Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently

Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any issues

Process guest payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions

Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server stations

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service

Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and disposal of food

Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and courtesy

Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for service

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

General Physical Demands for the Position:

  • Servers will regularly stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, turn, lift, walk, and carry and lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
