Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Server Liaison to facilitate the efficient delivery and management of legal documents across various jurisdictions. In this vital role, you will serve as the key point of contact between the legal community, clients, and process servers, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional handling of a wide range of legal notices and court documents.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with process servers to schedule and confirm the delivery of legal documents such as subpoenas, summons, eviction notices, restraining orders, child support documents, and other legal complaints.
  • Manage process serving records meticulously, including tracking deliveries, updating statuses via mobile data collection software, and filing proof of service in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and process servers to provide updates on service status and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Enter data using current technology and proprietary software.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
  • Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes & review and enter data updates in the systems.
  • Performs clerical duties as required - printing and scanning documents, proofing documents, etc.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
  • Punctual and regular attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure for supported states
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred

Work Environment

Professional office work environment. Office Hours are 9AM – 6PM ET.
