Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Division 8 Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience in the Doors, Frames, and Hardware industry. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of Division 8 projects, from project initiation to completion. This individual will be responsible for coordinating project timelines, resources, and budgets while ensuring that projects meet quality standards, client expectations, and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Manage and coordinate Division 8 projects, including doors, frames, and hardware, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare and review project estimates, ensuring alignment with client budgets and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure deadlines are met.
Quality Control: Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and specifications.
