We are a full-service commercial real estate firm headquartered in downtown Charlotte, with offices in Raleigh, Greenville, SC, Columbia, SC, and Atlanta, GA. Our team of real estate professionals with entrepreneurial spirit and deep roots is working together to create success for our clients.
Our Charlotte office is seeking a Project Manager to join our Commercial Real Estate team. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, communicates with confidence, and enjoys working closely with clients and teammates to bring Commercial Real Estate projects to life. What You'll Do
  • Lead commercial real estate projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring successful delivery on schedule and within budget
  • Serve as a trusted partner to clients, providing proactive communication and thoughtful guidance throughout the process
  • Build and coordinate project teams, including consultants, contractors, and vendors
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial processes, including invoicing and lender draws
  • Facilitate design and construction efforts, including leading meetings and staying closely connected to on-site progress
  • Navigate change management, balancing project goals with client priorities
  • Oversee bidding and procurement across project-related services
  • Ensure alignment with contracts, leases, and overall project objectives
  • Maintain a strong understanding of project-specific processes and reporting requirements, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accountability across all deliverables

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Prefer 3–5+ years of relevant experience in project management or commercial real estate
