  • Maintain project records and compliance documentation, ensuring all activities are properly documented and accessible.
  • Facilitate clear communication with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients regarding project updates, issues, and deliverables.
  • Support project sales and transactions, managing due diligence efforts, responding to buyer inquiries, and collaborating with all stakeholders to provide comprehensive assessments.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
  • BA/BS Degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management within energy storage, renewables, or large-scale infrastructure development.
  • Proven experience issuing RFPs, securing EPC bids, and managing vendor contracts.
  • Strong understanding of permitting, real estate development, interconnection, and procurement.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously.
  • Experience with contract negotiations, budget management, and procurement strategy.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, GIS platforms (Google Earth, ESRI ArcGIS), and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of energy markets, utility interconnection, and construction processes is a plus.
