Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support corporate security initiatives in Charlotte, North Carolina. This Long-term Contract position will focus on strengthening security programs, coordinating policy-related efforts, and partnering with facilities and business leadership to keep priorities on track. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage cross-functional work in a fast-paced corporate environment. Potential to convert to perm as Director Security or Manager.


Responsibilities:

• Lead corporate security projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables remain aligned with business needs.

• Develop, organize, and refine security program documentation, reporting materials, and policy-related communications for leadership review.

• Partner with real estate, facilities, and other internal teams to coordinate operational security initiatives across multiple functions.

• Track project budgets, monitor resource usage, and provide regular status updates to support informed decision-making.

• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, document action items, and drive follow-through to maintain momentum on key initiatives.

• Support day-to-day program operations by identifying risks, resolving issues, and recommending process improvements where needed.

• Contribute to workforce coordination activities, including support for hiring-related processes connected to program delivery.

• Proven experience managing enterprise or corporate programs with responsibility for schedules, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Background working in corporate security, facilities, operations, or a closely related business environment.
• Strong understanding of budget processes and the ability to monitor project costs and operational priorities.
• Experience using business systems such as CRM platforms and other reporting or workflow tools to manage information effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to work across teams and leadership levels.
