Job description

OVERVIEW
Participate in a 10-week ServiceNow Business Process Consultant Training Program (iTech U Cohort) beginning on 6/16/26, designed to develop foundational and practical skills in ServiceNow process consulting. The program features a blend of self-paced learning, instructor-led sessions, and hands-on, project-based activities focused on supporting the internal ServiceNow Project Navigator and related business process initiatives. Emphasis is placed on requirements gathering, process design, stakeholder engagement, and translating business needs into ServiceNow solutions.
The program also includes job readiness courses, guest speaker sessions, and live demonstrations.
Upon successful completion of the 10-week program, the employee will be eligible for placement in a client-facing support role, likely involving a ServiceNow implementation or transformation project. The employee should be prepared to take on the responsibilities of an entry-level ServiceNow Business Process Consultant. If a BPC role is unavailable, the employee may be placed in a supporting role such as business analyst, testing/QA, or a similar position supporting ServiceNow delivery teams.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Participate in hands-on exercises focused on business process analysis, requirements gathering, user story development, and workflow design within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Be assigned a ServiceNow certification aligned to consulting and implementation (e.g., CIS or equivalent), and complete a structured self-
  • paced study program to prepare to sit for the associated exam (up to the cost of two exams will be covered by iTech AG). If the program extends beyond 13 weeks, it is our expectation that you will sit for the assigned SN Certification and pass it.
  • Support internal ServiceNow applications and initiatives by documenting processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and assisting in solution design.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and platform configurations.
  • Engage in stakeholder simulations, workshops, and presentations to build client-facing communication and consulting skills.
  • Complete assignments demonstrating proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, process optimization, and business value delivery.
  • Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise environment
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric, consultative mindset
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in business process contexts
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
  • ServiceNow Administrator Certification (CSA)
  • A 2nd ServiceNow certification (CIS, CAD, etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS modules, CAD, or related)
  • Experience or familiarity with business process mapping, requirements gathering, or workflow analysis
  • Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities across modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD)
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, user stories, backlog management)
