Job description

You will be a Business Process Analyst for the Production Operations Systems team. Our team is responsible for supporting all production programs on site and across the enterprise.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Business Process Analyst you will be responsible for coordination with business, production, and technology teams to determine system requirements and enhancements, providing logic and justification for implementation.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Work with production operations teams to maintain current master data in Manufacturing Execution, MRP, Process Planning, Warehouse Management, Quality, and Labor Accounting Systems

  • Provide data analysis and troubleshoot system processing as required in concurrence with production and operational activities

  • Support Digital Transformation efforts targeted toward streamlining existing processes, optimizing cycle times, reducing errors and improving the user experience and customer satisfaction

  • Work outside of normal operating hours as required
