Hiring: Senior Functional Consultant – ERP Migration (Remote, USA)

We are seeking experienced Senior Functional Consultants to support large-scale ERP migration initiatives involving cloud-to-cloud and on-premises-to-cloud transformations. This role will be responsible for driving functional discovery, business process alignment, system configuration, validation, and stakeholder engagement throughout the migration lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional discovery workshops and business process assessments.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis between existing ERP environments and target-state ERP functionality.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage standard ERP capabilities.
• Document business requirements, functional gaps, assumptions, and recommendations.
• Configure and validate ERP modules to support migrated business processes.
• Support data migration validation, reconciliation, and functional sign-off activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams, migration specialists, and business stakeholders.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, training, and go-live support.
• Drive adoption of best practices and process optimization initiatives.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of ERP functional consulting experience.
• Strong experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or migration projects.
• Experience with cloud migration initiatives and ERP transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and business process workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Ability to work in structured delivery environments using standardized methodologies and templates.

Experience in one or more of the following areas:
