Position: Industrial Engineers
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70–$110/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 4–6 weeks
Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated production plans, process designs, and quality analyses for quality and accuracy.
  • Compare AI-generated responses based on engineering rigor, process efficiency, and quality-control soundness.
  • Review industrial engineering scenarios involving production sequencing and cost analysis. Provide expert feedback on quality standards and logistics coordination.
  • Leverage real-world expertise in designing production systems, quality control, and process optimization.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 4+ years of experience as an Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer, Quality Engineer, Continuous Improvement Engineer, Operations Engineer, or similar role.
  • Experience with integrated production systems, including quality control, inventory control, logistics, cost analysis, or production coordination.
  • Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
