Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Follow daily production schedules to meet targets, minimizing downtime and maximizing yield.
  • Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment and processes in the production of food ingredients.
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and complete required quality documentation.
  • Work within the QAD ERP system to manage production orders and track inventory.
  • Ensure equipment cleanliness and uphold all food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Troubleshot operational issues to minimize downtime and support maximum efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and maintain accurate production records.
  • Perform routine inprocess and finished goods checks.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts within the unit operation.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma (GED).
  • Basic mathematical proficiency.
  • Recommended 2 years of experience in a mechanical or industrial work environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with general hand tools.
  • General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Physically fit to wear PPE and perform physical labor, including lifting to 55 lbs.
  • Demonstrated reliability and a selfmotivated, solutionoriented mindset.
