Job description

Work with Advanced Technology Engineering leadership team and area leadership team to understand and define area transfer goals, project timelines and milestones. Take responsibility to drive execution of area projects and tasks timely and accurately. Drive positive safety culture by setting the safety expectations for the team as well as ensure safety standards are met. Ensure New Product Introduction project timeline is met and all key transfer milestone review deliverables are captured, presented and documents. Manage, measure, and drive DRAM technology transfer project for assigned area(s) to ensure all deliverables and schedules are met. Partner with Process Engineering (PE), Process Integration Engineering (PIE), Manufacturing Equipment Engineering (ME) and Fab Area Leadership to enable capacity to meet technology qualification and volume manufacturing ramp. Closely work with Tool Installation Team, Planning, Procurement, Facilities, Incoming Quality Control and other key stakeholders in owned area(s) to meet all milestones for transfer early engagement, pilot startup yield, quality, & cycle time, and production ramp preparation. Develop strong relationships with transfer sending Fabs, Operational Central Team, and other stakeholders to improve safety, yield, quality, cost and cycle time. Identify, develop and implement organizational initiatives that drive benchmark performance. Provide ideas and recommendations to site leadership on department initiatives. Mentor the engineering team, identify and develop the pipeline of potential technical and managerial successors. Position requires 10% international travel. May telecommute part-time
Employer will accept a Master's degree Engineering or in related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Position requires:
1) Semiconductor Process in Diffusion, Implant and Rapid Thermal Process areas
2) Sub 20nm DRAM technology
3) Technology transfer between high volume manufacturing fabrications
4) Process output matching and risk mitigation
