  • Foster a culture of accountability, process excellence, and continuous improvement across business units.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Business Operations, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical writing, process documentation, or marketplace operations, preferably within a technology-enabled services environment.
  • Proven experience translating complex software application updates (UI/UX, logic shifts) into clear, step-by-step user documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail, structural formatting, and workflow optimization.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product & Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills; ability to seamlessly prompt SMEs for details.
  • Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.

What You'll Get:

At DMG, you’ll be part of an amazing team that encourages learning, growth, and advancement. Our company has an entrepreneurial spirit that rewards self-starters and encourages employees to take charge of their own careers.

Some of our many benefits include:
