Job description

Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Process Engineering team on programs and special projects as needed.
  2. Receive and act on Process Engineering JIRA tickets involving IT & Manufacturing support.
  3. Work with Manufacturing and Process Engineering to determine & recommend tools and equipment needs.
  4. Provide day to day tool and equipment support to manufacturing.
  5. Perform troubleshooting, repair, preventative and general maintenance on production tools and equipment.
  6. Create shop floor control system production templates.
  7. Provide equipment and manufacturing process training to production personnel as needed.
  8. Build and install tools and equipment to support factory requirements.
  9. Order parts, tools, equipment, and supplies to support production or special projects
  10. Work with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
  11. Document equipment and tool issues, maintenance records, tool logs, asset recording and tracking.
  12. Issue and control Asset Tags.
  13. Work with multiple depts such as Quality, Assembly & Production and Engineering on various complex projects

Requirements and Education:
  1. College/bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  2. One year or more of experience working in a similar work environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  1. Physical ability to work on and around industrial equipment, including occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
  2. Analytical and problem-solving skills
  3. Knowledge of manufacturing systems
  4. Effective in time management and delegation
  5. Skilled in debugging and root case analysis
  6. Proficient with MS office (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc)
