Pipeline Opportunity - Future Consulting Engagements
This position is part of a pipeline requisition created to identify and engage qualified consultants for anticipated, upcoming client work. While there is not an immediate assignment available, we are actively building a pool of talent for future Mid-Level Project Managers to Operations needs. Candidates selected through this process may be contacted as opportunities become available.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze and document current-state business processes, workflows, and operating procedures.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate process discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
  • Develop future-state process designs, process maps, and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to implement process improvements.
  • Establish KPIs, metrics, and reporting to measure process effectiveness.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions to improve productivity and quality.
  • Support change management and user adoption activities for new processes.
  • Ensure process documentation is maintained and aligned with governance standards.
  • Participate in Agile project teams and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Who You Are:

  • 3-7 years of experience in Process Analysis, Business Analysis, Continuous Improvement, or related roles.
  • Strong experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, or similar).
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), or Operational Excellence methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation, ERP, HRIS, ServiceNow, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or related certification.
  • Consulting or process improvement experience.
