A growing construction company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to develop business within the Dallas/Fort Worth multifamily construction market. This role focuses on selling specialty construction services and building material solutions to developers, general contractors, and construction professionals.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling construction products, specialty building systems, or construction services into multifamily new construction projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with multifamily developers, general contractors, and project stakeholders
  • Identify upcoming multifamily construction projects and generate new business opportunities
  • Sell specialty construction solutions and building material systems
  • Manage the sales process from project identification through award
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry
