As an Account Development Associate, you will step into the role of a trusted advisor for customers, ensuring their needs are met smoothly and efficiently. With a keen eye for detail, your responsibilities will encompass processing customer orders, promptly addressing inquiries, and providing top-notch solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and drive future sales. A successful Account Development Associate has a solid understanding of product offerings, achieves sales goals, and takes responsibility for the order management processes.
What you will do:
  • Proactively engages phone customers, taking the initiative to fully understand their needs and provide prompt and effective solutions.
  • Collaborates with Account Managers to service accounts and drive revenue.
  • Actively seeks out potential sales opportunities for Account Managers and the District, constantly looking for ways to add value for customers.
  • Boosts sales by maintaining current knowledge of all portfolio offerings and demonstrates technical knowledge to provide customer value propositions.
  • Drives sales by identifying related products or add on extensions needs and making customers aware of product promotions and adding lines to parts orders.
  • Find best method to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
  • Makes outbound calls including marketing new products.
  • Executes quote and order management processes with high level of accuracy to expedite the fulfillment process and ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

What you will bring:
  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Inside sales, retail, or related experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer focused environment with a focus on customer service, continuous improvement, and safety.
  • Proven experience in building customer relationships and maintaining professional customer service even in challenging situations.
